“In the school of the future, teachers will be paid mostly in tips, like waiters, with a below minimum wage baseline pay. 80% of tuition goes to admin, with 20% reserved for students to distribute to their preferred professors as they see fit. Course evaluation will be largely divorced from teaching, based on video monitored classroom attendance (also monitoring eye movement and actual attentiveness, the “EMAA score”) and computer examinations, with an external expert evaluator checking the teacher’s grading of written assignments.”
